Party guest in ICU after alleged attack
Clarkson detectives were last night interviewing a 29-year-old man over an alleged attack at a birthday party in Merriwa on the weekend.
A 31-year-old man is in intensive care unit at Royal Perth Hospital after he was allegedly attacked on Saturday night.
The victim was a guest at a friend’s 30th birthday party and allegedly became involved in a physical altercation with the date of another guest about 11pm.
The 31-year-old was taken to Royal Perth Hospital with serious head injuries.
He was last night in a critical condition.
Police are understood to be looking at charging the 29-year-old with grievous bodily harm over the alleged attack.
