Justin Bieber reportedly sings about joining the Ku Klux Klan in another scandalous video clip.

Footage surfaced over the weekend of the singer using the N-word when he was just 15 years old and the musician has subsequently apologised for the offensive language.

Now British newspaper The Sun is reporting Bieber is involved in a second racism scandal. The outlet claims it has viewed another video of the pop star "changing the lyrics of his song One Less Lonely Girl to crack a vile joke about killing black people".

It is claimed Bieber was laughing and joking about joining the Ku Klux Klan in the altered track, which he retitled One Less Lonely Nigger in the footage, according to the publication.

The Ku Klux Klan hate group originated in the American south around the time of the Civil War in the 1860s is associated with lynching and murdering black people in the name of white supremacy.

Bieber's representatives have not yet commented on reports of the latest video.

The singer has apologised for the first video, claiming he was too young to grasp the gravity of his words at the time.
