A 40-year-old woman disqualified from driving for life was allegedly caught driving erratically in Marangaroo yesterday morning.

Warwick police were on patrol in Marangaroo when they spotted the woman's silver Holden Commodore about 10.30am.

Officers pulled over the Kewdale woman and discovered she did not have a driver's licence.

Inquiries revealed she had never had a driver's licence and her driving was the subject of a court-imposed life revocation.

Her car was impounded for 28 days.

She will be charged by summons with driving under suspension.

The woman will appear in the Joondalup Magistrate's Court at a later date.
