The Tactical Response Group raided a Mandurah property yesterday following an investigation into a reported shooting in a nearby town.

At 2.30pm the TRG helped detectives search a property on Mandurah Terrace, arresting two people.

The raids were part of an investigation into reports of shots being fired near a pine plantation on Bristol Road, Wagerup.

A 27-year-old Halls Head man was charged with possessing methylamphetamine, MDMA and unlawfully obtained property.

He will attend Mandurah Magistrate Court this morning.

A 26-year-old South Yunderup woman was charged with the same offences and will appear at the Mandurah Magistrate's Court on June 17.
