Arrest after gym break-in is posted on YouTube

Police have arrested a 22-year-old man after he allegedly filmed himself committing offences inside a gym and posted it on social media.

According to police, on January 11, 2014 the man entered a gym on Armadale Road in Jandakot to participate in an online drinking game.

It is alleged he posted footage of himself on Facebook and YouTube committing several offences.

Murdoch Police and Computer Crime Squad officers investigated the incident and arrested the man yesterday.

He will appear in court at a later date after being summonsed for trespass, committing an indecent act and criminal damage.
