Support for Moyes ... from City fans

Football fans in Manchester showed their support for embattled David Moyes overnight - sadly for the United manager they were City fans giving him his backing.

With news in the UK that United were on the verge of sacking the Scot after a campaign of failure, mocking City fans pleaded with the Old Trafford hierarchy to give him a second season.

City remained in the hunt for the Premier League title with a 3-1 win over West Bromwich Albion at the Etihad Stadium.
