Man charged over Kellerberrin crash

A 27-year-old man has been charged over a serious crash in Kellerberrin.

It is alleged about 1.45am on February 8, a group of three people were standing near the corner of King and Price Streets when they were struck by a car.

A 22-year-old man and two women aged 22 and 25 were seriously injured and taken to hospital.

The 22-year-old man was flown to Royal Perth Hospital.

The 27-year-old driver of a Hyundai Grandeur sedan suffered serious head injuries and was also flown to Royal Perth Hospital.

The driver has been charged with two counts of dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm and one count of dangerous driving causing bodily harm.

He is due to appear in the Northam Magistrates Court on May 12.
