Three more teenagers have been charged over the Bicton wedding brawl which resulted in seven guests needing hospital treatment.
Fremantle detectives last night charged three 15-year-old boys for their alleged involvement in Saturday night’s incident.
All three have been charged with criminal damage and acts or emissions causing bodily harm or damage.
They will appear in the Fremantle Children’s Court on April 17.
A 14-year-old boy from Palmyra and a 16-year-old from South Lake were charged on Sunday night over the wedding brawl at Walter’s River Café.
Det-Const. Jamie Ranford said more charges could be laid today as police complete interviews with wedding guests.
He asked for any witnesses that observed the “large group” of juveniles roaming the Bicton area on Saturday night to come forward.
“We’re also looking for any footage people might have taken on their mobile phones,” Det-Const Ranford said.
Meanwhile, plans to recreate the wedding reception of the bride and groom affected by Saturday’s brawl, Bevan and Stacy, are well underway.
The “re-do” will be held at Mosmans Restaurant on Saturday and allow the couple to enjoy the moments they missed, including cutting the wedding cake and the throwing of the bouquet in front of friends and loved ones.
They will also recreate their first dance.
“We’re just overwhelmed with the support that Perth’s shown us,” Bevan said. “People we don’t even know offering their time and money to help us out is unbelievable.”
