Things will be coming full circle for former Miss Universe Australia *Scherri-Lee Biggs *when she returns to *Perth *from her new base of Melbourne to host the pageant's *WA * final next month.

Too busy to squeeze in a trip home since Christmas, the *Waterman's Bay *beauty will team up with 92.9 larrikins *Will McMahon *and *Woody Whitelaw *to MC the glittering event, which is set to help officially open new *Scarborough * hotspot *Matisse Beach Club *, on April 11.

Though Biggs and the two radio jokesters have essentially traded cities - they hail from Melbourne but recently relocated to Perth - she told _AAA Weekend _a chance encounter in the Victorian snowfields last year led to them embarking on a memorable road trip together.

"The lift that was taking us back had to leave really early in the morning and we were like 'Nah', because we went out the night before," the 23-year-old, right, laughed.

"The boys ended up giving us a lift home. We had this car ride with my best friend and Will and Woody and, I swear, we did not stop talking the whole way home. It was the funniest trip."

With a budding TV presenting career and various works with Channel Seven on the go, Biggs is testament to just how far Miss Universe contestants can go when they are willing to work for it.

Rumours have also swirled that she is set to follow in the footsteps of fellow beauty queen *Jennifer Hawkins *by being made a Myer Ambassador but Biggs says watchers would have to wait and see.

"I guess it's up to them really," the blonde said.

"But I love all the other ambassadors, I am quite good friends with a few of them, so I guess it would work quite well."

Another thing keeping Biggs busy is her sister *Shae-Ann *'s newborn son *Jack *, who she said had added "so much love and joy" to the family's lives.

"He is so beautiful," the proud aunty mused.

"I just hold him and I think 'Oh my gosh, I didn't think I could love something so much'."
