Cementing her status as one of the most buzzed-about celebrities of the moment, *Margot Robbie *amassed more than 3000 followers within her first few hours of joining Instagram at the weekend.
The 23-year-old reportedly gave into pressure from friends and family to join the social networking site after finding international fame by starring opposite *Leonardo DiCaprio *in the critically acclaimed blockbuster The Wolf of Wall Street.
To celebrate her new account, Robbie shared a snap of herself with her hands partially covering her face, carrying the handwritten line "I got Instagram" along with the hashtag #peerpressurepaysoff in the caption.
Usually a blonde bombshell, the Australian actress was still rocking the darker locks she debuted on the red carpet at the Academy Awards earlier this month.
The glittering Los Angeles skyline can be seen in the background of the shot, where Robbie landed earlier this week after wrapping up filming for her latest movie Z for Zachariah in New Zealand.
Returning to the US is said to have put out the fire on her burgeoning romance with New Zealand farmer *Henry Aitken *as Robbie's intense work schedule is reportedly too chaotic to allow for a long-distance relationship.
