Fans are anxiously waiting to hear if the remaining Australian shows will go ahead.

There were conflicting reports about whether Jagger has already left Perth and security at The Hyatt where band members have been staying this morning said the Stones had checked out.

The cancellation follows the death of Jagger's long-time girlfriend and American fashion designer to the stars, L'Wren Scott, who was found dead at her New York apartment on Monday.

Jagger, 70, was "completely shocked and devastated" by the death of the 49-year-old Scott, a spokesman for the rocker said.
