Baldivis blaze is contained
UPDATE 3.35pm: A bushfire south of Perth has been downgraded to an advice but smoke remains a hazard.
A bushfire watch and act advice was issued at 2pm but has since been downgraded to advice for people in the northern part of Baldivis in the City of Rockingham and the central part of Wellard in the City of Kwinana.
The fire, which was reported at 1.11pm, was burning in bushland between Wellard Road and the Kwinana Freeway.
The bushfire is now contained but not under control.
Firefighters and aerial support are battling the fire.
