WA beauty chats up Connor Cruise
He may be the son of former Hollywood power couple Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise but Connor Cruise is just a regular guy, according to Perth's Kellie Germain.
The Secret Harbour bombshell got to spend a few days with the celebrity DJ as he provided the entertainment for the Australian/New Zealand final of this year's Miss Hawaiian Tropic title, Australia's biggest swimwear competition, which she won last weekend on the Gold Coast.
"I met Connor on the morning of the final when I was selected along with Lara Mitton out of the 20 finalists to appear on (Brisbane) radio," Germain told AAA Weekend.
"It was lovely to meet him before the final and being able to have an everyday down-to- earth conversation with him.
"He was a cheerful, friendly and sweet 19-year-old who was easy to talk to and keen to know about our journey to Miss Hawaiian Tropic National."
The 28-year-old will head overseas for the international Miss Hawaiian Tropic title later this year.
