Dannii has a new man
Dannii Minogue has confirmed she is dating music producer Adrian Newman.
The pair sparked rumours of a romance in January when they were spotted strolling hand-in-hand on a street in Sydney and soaking up the sunshine with Minogue's three-year-old son Ethan, her child with ex-boyfriend Kris Smith.
Now Minogue has confirmed the romance and admits she is smitten with the Australian songwriter/ producer who has worked with acts including the Veronicas, Jesse McCartney and *En Vogue.
Minogue, who split from Smith in 2012, tells the UK's Hello! Magazine: "I am happy! There's nothing more to say on that. I'm happy."
The TV star and former singer also revealed she's considering a return to the music industry after a seven-year hiatus.
Minogue put her music career on hold in 2007 and since then she has enjoyed successful stints as a mentor on the UK and Australian versions of The X Factor and as a judge on Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model and Australia's Got Talent.
Minogue says she recorded a few tracks in the studio during a recent trip to London.
"I've been in the studio and working on some stuff, and I just put down a song yesterday here, just to see how it sounds," she said.
"But there's no plan or pressure or anything - if it looks good and feels right then I'll do it."
