Ke$ha has changed her name following her recent stint in rehab.

The pop star finished her treatment for an eating disorder at the Timberline Knolls centre earlier this week, and has now decided to drop the famous dollar sign from her Twitter handle.

The 27-year-old, who took an extended absence from the social networking site while in the facility, posted a picture, right, of her playing on a beach while wearing a jumper with the caption, "IMA SURVIVOR" emblazoned on it.

Kesha spent two months at the facility near Chicago after admitting she was suffering with bulimia and anorexia but she announced last week she was feeling healthy again.

"Happy to be back! Feeling healthy & working on tons of new music, I can't thank my fans enough for all the love & support u have given me," she wrote on Twitter.

Kesha later added: "Life is beautiful. I'm so blessed to have u all (sic)."

However, the purple-haired beauty recently postponed her upcoming Warrior world tour on doctor's orders to overcome her issues before focusing on her career again.
