Man killed in Wyndham crash

Police are at the scene of a serious crash near Wyndham, continuing a horror week on WA roads.

A St John Ambulance spokesperson said a male died in the crash, which occurred just after 10.30am.

The vehicle rolled on Macphee Street, 30km south of Wyndham.

Death crash doesn't slow speeders

St John Ambulance was also called to a head-on collision involving two cars on Berriman Drive in Wangara about 11.15am.

Five people and an unborn child died in car crashes throughout the State this week.

Police Commissioner Karl O'Callaghan said such incidents should remind drivers to pay complete attention to the road.

“There are so many distractions for drivers these days, it is very likely that if you are not absolutely focused on your driving you are going to have a serious crash some time or other,” Mr O'Callaghan warned.
