A man threatened staff with a knife at a Perth fashion store before escaping with cash this afternoon.

The man, believed to be in his 50s, held-up the Memphis Boutique in Trinity Arcade, off Hay Street Mall, about 2.30pm.

He is 170cm tall with dark facial stubble and wore a dark-grey hat, blue top, cargo shorts and thongs.
