Graham's escape prompted outrage, after it was revealed he was being transferred back to Perth after being allowed to spend time closer to his family just months into an 11-year sentence for his brutal crime.
He had been jailed for breaking into the home of a young mother and raping her as her children slept nearby, before driving his victim to an ATM to demand cash.
Graham and fellow inmate Kelden Edward Fraser, 23, kicked their way out of a prison van at Geraldton Airport on January 3.

Graham and Fraser, 23, were at large for 36 hours after they escaped from the van.
