Man critical after stabbing
An argument over $600 was allegedly behind an East Cannington stabbing which has left a 28-year-old man fighting for his life.
The man had surgery at Royal Perth Hospital yesterday and was in a critical condition last night.
Another man, believed to be the victim's housemate, is in custody.
A forensic examination of the scene was conducted yesterday.
The owner of the Railway Parade home where the incident took place told Seven News the victim was stabbed repeatedly in the back, arm and abdomen while sleeping.
