Burglary at Inglewood Post Office

Police are looking for a man who broke into Inglewood post office and stole thousands of dollars worth of items.

Bayswater Police have released images showing the man in the Beaufort Street post office at 3.10pm on January 1.

"A man has forced his way into the post office and rummaged through the store," a police spokeswoman said.

"He selected multiple items of computer-related property (USB thumb drives, SD cards, digital cameras), which were displayed in the shop, valued at approximately $2500.

"The offender left the store, triggering the alarm."

The offender is a white male, 20 to 30 years of age, about 170cm tall with a medium build and short dark hair.
