Police have charged a teenager who was allegedly involved in a burglary in which a woman was assaulted at Bluff Point on Wednesday.

A 19-year-old Spalding man has been charged with aggravated burglary, commit offence in a dwelling and aggravated assault with the intent to rob over the incident at 7.30pm.

Police allege the man was one of several offenders caught rummaging through the home by a woman.

One of the group pushed the woman over as they fled.

The Spalding man will appear in Geraldton Magistrate's Court today.

Police investigations are continuing.
