Driver, 19, to fight fatal crash charge
Winery owner Roger Hill, died in hospital after being involved in a crash.

A Dalkeith woman will fight a dangerous driving charge over a fatal crash which claimed the life of a Cottesloe cyclist.

Clara Louise Joyce, 19, has been charged with dangerous driving in circumstances which subsequently resulted in the death of Perth winery owner Roger Hill.

Police allege Ms Joyce was behind the wheel of a car which collided with Mr Hill at a roundabout on Broome and Eric Streets on May 12.

Mr Hill, 63, died in hospital 10 days later.

In Perth Magistrate's Court this morning, Ms Joyce pleaded not guilty to the charge.

She will stand trial in the District Court.

Ms Joyce is due to face court again in April.
