Machete attack at bus stop

Police are looking for a driver who cut a man's arm with a machete during a fight outside a Bentley bus stop yesterday.

The pair, who are believed to have known each other, were involved in an argument at the 11247 bus stop on Hayman Road, near Curtin University at about 4pm.

One had been driving a white vehicle and the other was in a black Mazda 3.

Police said one of the men got into the other's vehicle.

Both men got out of the car during an argument and one attacked the other with the machete.

Both men fled before police arrived.

The injured man is described as being large and dark-skinned and was wearing shorts and a singlet.

The other man is described as having brown skin.

Police said a woman could also have been with one of the men.
