A 16-year-old boy has admitted to raping a 23-year-old woman in her South Fremantle home and lying to police that bikies made him target the woman.
The South Fremantle boy, who appeared in Perth Children’s Court via video link, pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated sexual penetration without consent, aggravated burglary and creating false belief today.
The court was told the teenager broke into the woman’s home, threatening to kill her with a knife and sexually assaulted her on September 30.
Prosecutor Sean Stocks told the court the 16-year-old also fabricated a “number of stories” about the offence, one being that the victim owed bikies money and he had been forced to rape her to recoup the cash.
Mr Stocks said the boy also lied that he was forced into the burglary by two men but now admitted he had carried out the offences on his own accord.
A charge of being armed or pretending to being armed was discontinued.
The boy was remanded in custody until January 23 while a psychological report was carried out.
