A cyclone is no longer expected to develop in areas from Mitchell Plateau to the WA/NT border.
An all clear was issued for people in or near the coastal and inland communities between the WA/NT border and Mitchell Plateau. This includes people in Wyndam, Kalumburu and Troughton Island and surrounding areas.
As of 12.18pm the Bureau of Meteorology advises a Tropical Low was estimated to be 205km north-east of Kalumburu and 275km north of Wyndham and moving south south-west at 4km/h.
The low is no longer expected to become a Tropical Cyclone, but is likely to cause heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding.
There is also the risk that thunderstorms with damaging winds to 100km/h.
The Gibb River Road from Wyndham to Lennard River remains closed.
