A 32-year-old Langford woman has been charged with drink-driving after she was allegedly caught driving with a blood-alcohol reading six times over the legal limit.

Manjimup police received several complaints about the woman's driving about 2.45pm on January 11.

When they attempted to stop her on Rutherford Road they noticed the child standing on the back seat of the car with his body protruding from the window.

As police pulled the vehicle over, the child ran from the car and the woman allegedly refused to give officers her details.

She was given a breath test and was allegedly six times over the legal limit.

The woman's license has been cancelled and the car seized.

She has been charged with driving under the influence, failing to ensure a passenger was restrained and having no authority to drive.

The woman will appear in Manjimup Magistrate's Court on January 31.
