A boy has been taken to Princess Margaret Hospital after he was hit by a car in Beechboro this afternoon.
The child was hit by the vehicle on Small Street near Altone Rd about 4.30pm.
St John Ambulance paramedics treated the boy before taking him to hospital.
He is understood to have suffered a broken wrist.
