Warnie woos US actress via Twitter
Former Australian Test cricketer Shane Warne, who is these days perhaps better known for his dalliances off the pitch, is flirting with a beautiful American actress via Twitter.
Warne tweeted 27-year-old AnnaLynne McCord on Tuesday, congratulating her on a speech and imploring her to join him in Dubai.
“IAMannalynnemcc Well done gorgeous girl, awesome job today, proud of you!” Warne tweeted.
“I just landed in Dubai, you should be here iconscup2015.”
McCord replied: “Shall I check flights??? (I would if I could!!).”
Warne then went on to woo McCord with reference to his dance floor prowess.
“IAMannalynnemcc Yes check them & bring your dancing shoes too, as you enjoyed my moves on the floor last time Hahahah.....” he tweeted.
“AmIBlushing YoullNeverKnow but, I will say, you may have to remind me of those moves!” McCord flirted back.
Warne is no stranger to Twitter flirtation, conducting many an exchange with former flame Liz Hurley over social media.
The couple announced their engagement in 2011 but they split in 2013. Warne has since dated Playboy model Emily Scott but that relationship only lasted three months.
McCord has appeared in television drama 90210, the film Excision and last year joined the cast of Dallas.
She also played the lead role this year in movie Watch Your Back.
