The Traitors' Kas revealed he planned parting dig over 'ridiculous' accusations
Doctor Kas was the latest contestant to leave the castle
What did you miss?
The Traitors' Kas has revealed he planned his parting shot before being banished from the BBC show.
The doctor was the latest contestant to be booted out of the castle after the Faithfuls incorrectly identified him as a Traitor. He had frequently had the finger pointed at him, with one Faithful suggesting he was "saving lives in the day and killing Faithfuls at night" and others targeting him because they felt Traitor Armani defended him too much.
He made it clear he thought some of the reasons people were suspicious of him were absurd, and as he left he had a little fun with it in his exit speech.
What, how and why?
Kas was eliminated in the episode on Wednesday, 8 January, when several contestants wrote his name down on their cards during the roundtable.
"It's been fantastic, and you are all fantastic people," he said. "I know it's just a game. And Joe, who would have thought you'd have caught me based on a twinkle in the eye!" He then teased: "On the first roundtable I was selected to be a... Faithful!"
Speaking on spin-off The Traitors: Uncloaked, he said he had planned it. "I already knew that I was going to do that," Kas explained. "Because I had been levelled with so many ridiculous accusations and I was like, 'What's the stupidest thing that somebody has said to me so far about why I am a Traitor?'
"This all started from a twinkle in my eye. And I was like, where did that even...? How has that been the thing that has made me a Traitor?"

What else happened on The Traitors: Uncloaked?
During the show, Kas and fellow Traitors star Maia — who was murdered last week — were told that Linda and Minah were the Traitors remaining in the castle.
Maia, whose sister Armani was the first Traitor to be uncloaked, was stunned. She said that while she had wondered about Minah early on she had gone on to forget about her. "She is just the best Traitor I have ever seen," she said. "She is just so in the background."
Kas agreed that Minah was "just phenomenal".
The Traitors airs on BBC One on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights.
The Traitors: Uncloaked airs after the main show on BBC Two.
