2 tbs olive oil
20 large raw king prawns, peeled (tails intact), deveined
5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tbs sambal oelek
1 tbs butter
Handful parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges, to serve
1. Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add prawns and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until half cooked. Add garlic, sambal oelek and butter, and season with salt. Stir-fry for a further minute or until garlic is golden and prawns are just cooked through.
2. Remove from heat and toss through parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
