Terrifying moment man rescues 18-metre cobra from well
A daring rescue has been caught on camera, as a man was lowered into an 18-metre-deep well to rescue a cobra.
A snake handler in India climbed into a well to rescue the snake that had gotten trapped.
The creature took repeated swipes at him as he tried to set it free.
The Wildlife Rescue Society received a call from a farmer in the village that a snake had fallen into his agricultural well.
Nawaz Shaikh, 24, eventually freed the cobra after volunteering to go down the well.
The cobra was alter released in a nearby forest.
