Tender moment between Prince Harry and Camilla caught on camera
The week leading up to the royal wedding was an intense time for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
Not only did they have the pressure of the world waiting with bated breath to see the lavish ceremony they had planned, but the bride’s family drama meant she was forced to release a statement about her father’s ill health.
And on Wednesday, a tender moment was caught between Prince Harry and his step-mother Camilla, where he seems to be thanking her for all her help throughout the week.
Prince Harry and his new bride, Meghan Markle, made their first appearance together as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex at a garden party to celebrate Prince Charles’ 70th birthday.
The 33-year-old Duke gave a heartfelt speech, where he spoke about how he and his older brother, Prince William, both look up to their dad.
And after meeting with some of the guests who were invited to spend the day with the royals, the family were caught saying goodbye to each other on camera.
Camilla can be seen edging towards Prince Harry, who gently pats her on the arm and lets his hand lingers there before patting her again.

Then, Camilla walked over to newlywed Meghan Markle, taking her by the hand and giving her a peck on the cheek to say goodbye.
People have been losing it over Camilla and Meghan Markle’s interaction on Twitter, with many saying it’s an ‘iconic’ moment.
“Oh they’re besties now,” one person said, with another saying: “Omg. My dreams have come true”.
“Already iconic Camilla/Meghan duo”, another person tweeted.
The official outing came just days after Meghan and Harry walked up the aisle in front of millions of viewers to say ‘I do’.
