'I'll kill you': Brawl erupts at scene where teen was stabbed to death

Horrifying footage has emerged of a crowd of people running through and brawling inside a crime scene established hours earlier after the stabbing death of a 15-year-old boy.

Six men were arrested following the child’s death outside the Brimbank Shopping Centre in Deer Park, in Melbourne's west, just after 4pm on Tuesday.

Police said the victim died at the scene after being approached by a group of eight to 10 men at the shopping centre, on Neale Road.

The group allegedly ran from the scene and the six were arrested nearby a short time later on Billingham Road, police said.

In one video filmed hours after the teen’s death, a large swarm of people were shown running through the taped off crime scene, with one heard yelling out “I’ll kill you”.

Another video captured people passing through the restricted area as people sprinted behind them yelling.

"He's a good kid, he goes to church. He comes from a good family, a humble family. It's just so unfortunate this has happened to him," family friend Foa Galuega said.

The brawl was believed to have been sparked by an argument on social media, Nine reported.

The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated.
