The victim of an alleged hit and run in Perth claims the driver intended to hurt her.
Aysenour Koca, 14, told Nine News she was walking home from school in Armadale on Thursday afternoon when the driver mounted the curb and slammed into her.
It’s left the teen with back fractures, grazes on her face and a broken arm, according to the publication.
Video footage shows the teen walking when a white Subaru Impreza drives into her path, sending her flying across the windshield.
The driver allegedly drove off after before returning later.
Aysenour alleges she was targeted as she was walking on the footpath, not the road.
"I believe he tried to kill me, because I was not on the street," she told Nine News.
She said the driver stepped out of the car after returning.
"I said, 'If you walk one more step I'm going to call the police'," she told Nine News.
He then drove off, she alleged.
The teen claims she knows who the driver is.
A WA Police spokeswoman said the 20-year-old driver has been charged with Careless Driving Causing Grievous Bodily Harm and No Authority to Drive.
“His vehicle has mounted the curb and struck a 14-year-old girl who was walking along the road,” she said.
“The driver stopped briefly before continuing home where he contacted police.”
He will face court at a later dare.
