Mattel has released a Barbie x Ted Lasso collection of signature dolls that bring to small, plasticine life three main characters from the acclaimed Apple TV+ sports comedy.

The Ted Lasso Barbie doll comes clad in a sporty blue tracksuit that sports the AFC Richmond logo and features a working zipper. The displaced American football coach’s look is completed with aviator sunglasses, a whistle, soccer ball and sneakers. In short, he is far from “Just Ted.” But the hair’s a bit pompadour-y…?

The Barbie version of AFC Richmond’s fierce and fabulous football club owner, meanwhile, wears a “chic champagne blouse with black tailored pants and classic black pumps,” accessorized (accessorised?) with statement golden earrings and a handbag. This facsimile seems flawless, like Rebecca herself.

Last but far from least, Barbie’s take on Juno Temple’s Keeley has been slipped into a “bold pink satin midi dress with a mandarin collar, chic golden heels and black faux fur cape.” Capping her “fabulous night-out look” is the cheeky Brit’s trademark high ponytail, signature golden hoops and a pink clutch. Why do we get the feeling that Keeley and Barbie will hit it off straight away?
