Teachers, Share With Us Your Thoughts About The Election And The Future Of Teaching In America
Since former president Donald Trump won the American vote for the 2024 election, people across all professions have been opening up about their feelings on the internet. One particular that has been making their concerns known? Teachers.
So, I would love to hear from the teachers: "How are you feeling about the election results and the future of teaching in America now that Donald Trump will be president for the next four years?"
For instance, are you worried about the possible elimination of the Department of Education, and how it may affect your job, your students, and schools in general?
Talking about students, how are they feeling? Are they happy, worried, scared, confused? Are they opening up about their feelings with you? Are there discussions being had in the classrooms? We want to know everything and anything.
Finally, just how are you feeling in general? Are you happy with how things turned out because you're excited about the future? Or maybe you're really worried about how this will impact your school curriculum, your student's education, or your job?
If any of the above resonates with you, please share your thoughts in the Google form or in the comments below.
