Fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow is giving Rihanna a run for her money when it comes to upping the stakes of pregnancy style. The mum to be, who is currently pregnant with her third child, has been showing off her beautiful bump in a series of crop tops.
Tammy, who is known for her fashion-forward choices, is embracing her changing body, with followers raving about her pregnancy wardrobe. "Looking beautiful," wrote one fan. "You carry so well. A beauty," gushed another.
Tammy has two children, a son Wolf, six, and a daughter Saskia, five, with her ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins. She's expecting another little girl with her current fiancé Matt Poole, who is a professional ironman.
Although Tammy looks carefree, it appears all might not be rosy between her and her ex. On Mother's Day, she wrote a pointed Instagram post about not being able to control how others behave.
"Tomorrow is a day to celebrate you. To all mamas, and especially my single mamas, I hope you realise your absolute strength and that you are not alone," she wrote. "You cannot always control the decisions and actions of others. Which I know can be painful and sad at times."
Whether you're pregnant or not, you can wear crop tops like Tammy for both casual or glam events.
Here's how to get the look:
This top is part of Tammy's own collection. "We worked on these pieces for so long for the perfect fabric and fit," she says.
The seamless crop has a supportive band below the bust and a scooped neckline. It's stretchy, breathable and perfect whether you're pregnant or not. It comes in sizes XS to XXL. Tammy has paired it with the matching seamless leggings, $90 for an ensemble look.
Get the halter neck look with this versatile piece from Showpo. It's made from double-layered stretch fabric, so you can drape or tie it however you choose - perfect to adapt to a changing body through pregnancy.
Get Tammy's look with a racer crop top, and buy it in a smaller size to keep it ultra-short like Tammy. She's paired hers with jeans from FitJeans, which appear to be the men's traditional straight leg jeans, $189.95, so she has some extra room for her bump.
