A Sydney man is heading back to court after being accused of sending child abuse material online on multiple occasions.
Last November, NSW Police detectives began engaging online with a man from Liverpool, in Sydney's southwest.
The 58-year old was arrested at Auburn on February 3 and police seized a mobile phone, computer and electronic storage devices from his home.
He was charged with two counts of use carriage service to transmit, publish, and promote child abuse material.
He appeared at Burwood Local Court the same day, where he was formally refused bail to reappear at the same court on Wednesday.
