A Sydney man has been charged with 47 sexual violence-related offences involving 19 victims, aged between 14 and 28.
In September Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Squad detectives began investigating the alleged sexual assault of a 24-year-old woman by a man known to her.
During the investigation police received information about the alleged sexual assault of two more women - aged 19 and 21 - and two teenage girls - aged 15 and 16 - between August 2013 and March 2020.
A 24-year-old man was later charged with 15 sexual violence-related offences.
This week, he was issued a court attendance notice for 32 additional related charges, including aggravated sexual assault.
Police will allege in court the additional offences relate to 11 more women - aged between 18 and 28 - and three girls - aged 14, 16 and 17.
The alleged offences occurred in Darlinghurst, Wollongong and across southwest Sydney between January 2014 and December 2020.
The man will appear at Campbelltown Local Court on Wednesday.
