Transport for NSW shared some of the niche, yet oddly relatable things commuters are grateful for on public transport across the state.
Sharing the hilarious post to Facebook on Thursday morning in celebration of World Gratitude Day, the image shows four examples of what makes people happy when catching Sydney trains.
Thousands have reacted to the post and over 500 people have responded with their very own public transport "wins". One appreciative commenter replied to the post saying, "life is about the little things. So sweet! Thank you", and another happy commuter said "these little things actually make my day, after a frustrating day at work".

Examples of things keeping NSW commuters happy
One commuter said,"the immaculate planning as to which train carriage I enter so I stop right next to the exit of the station I'm going to" makes them happy — to which many others agreed.
"The air conditioning over the past few hot days," said another.
One of the most heartwarming came from a user who said "my friendly station guard. I’ve been saying good morning to him for 10 years now" while another quipped, "deodorant, especially with this heat".
In the past, commuters have aired their grievances on social media about what annoys them most about catching public transport. Last year, one commenter took to Facebook after discovering the "grossest thing" he's ever seen on a train. Meanwhile, one passenger was busted clipping her fingernails.
