A fishing trawler that capsized off the Queensland coast, claiming the lives of six fishermen, will be raised from the bottom of the ocean.
The rescue operation will start on Friday at Agnes Water to retrieve the vessel FV Dianne which overturned in stormy seas on October 16.
Queensland Police will undertake an extensive inspection of the trawler, where two bodies were found but four remain missing.
The bodies of skipper Ben Leahy, 45, and crew member Adam Hoffman, 30, were found on board days after the vessel and crew went missing.
The remaining fishermen Eli Tonks, 39, Adam Bidner, 33, Chris Sammut, 34, and Zach Feeney, 28 have not been found.
Sole survivor Ruben McDornan managed to get clear of the sinking vessel and spent the night in open water before he was rescued by a passing boat.
