Suitcases packed with 200kg of drugs found

Police have busted a major drug syndicate which allegedly smuggled drugs disguised as tea

A major drug syndicate has been busted with 200 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine found in suitcases in Sydney and three men behind bars.

One of the charged men has a Hong Kong passport and images of a suitcase filled with plastic bags full of a crystal substance have been released by federal police.

Australian Federal Police, NSW Police and Australian Border Force will speak to the media later on Thursday.
