Two students were taken to Westmead Children’s Hospital and another one was taken to Campbelltown all in a stable condition.

A police spokesperson said officers attended the incident and there were no serious injuries.

A NSW Department of Education spokesperson said a piece of equipment fell during an end of term performance injuring eight students and two audience members.

“The school immediately contacted emergency services and provided first aid to those injured,” the spokesperson said.

“Safe Work is investigating the incident, and the school is providing support to students, staff and families.”

Performances scheduled at the school for 1pm and 6pm have been cancelled while investigations into the incident continue.
