Stolen Picasso painting found after nine years falls to floor

Greek authorities said on Tuesday a 49 year old man had confessed to the theft of two paintings from the country's National Gallery nine years ago, after showing police where he hid the artworks in a wooded ravine.

The two paintings, by artists Pablo Picasso and Dutch painter Piet Mondrian, had been stolen from Greece's National Gallery in 2012 after a thief broke in through a back balcony door. Source: Reuters
