'Star Wars' actor Adam Driver confesses he found Comic-Con 'scary'
Adam Driver has confessed that he found Comic-Con “scary”.
The Hollywood actor – who starred as Kylo Ren in the Star Wars sequels – said when he attended the comic book convention he couldn’t go out without being recognised unless he covered his face.
“I didn’t like it,” he said on The Graham Norton Show, admitting he’s not in a hurry to go again.

“I didn’t know the rules. I couldn’t go out for a coffee without a mask in case I was recognised and when I opened my window there was a band playing the Star Wars theme on repeat.
"It was scary.”
He went on: “And there are 2,000 people who are very devoted – there is a lot of energy.
"I saw what it was, and I am not anxious to go again.”
The House Of Gucci star also shared how when he was trying to launch his acting career he tried to get into New York’s renowned performing arts school Juilliard but failed.
He then drove all the way to California to try and do it that way but it “didn’t work out”.
“I wasted all my money fixing my car,” he said.
“I was there 48 hours and had just enough gas money to get back to Indiana. I had made such a fuss about leaving and there I was back again!
"That’s when I joined the military. After that it was very clear that Juilliard wasn’t that inaccessible, and I got in.”
