SNAPSHOT OF VICTORIA'S CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK:

NEW CASES

* 334 new locally acquired cases

* One death, a Coburg man in his 70s, bringing the current outbreak's death toll to four

* 149 cases linked to outbreaks, source of 185 cases unknown

- 190 in Melbourne's northern suburbs, including Craigieburn and Roxburgh Park

- 109 in western suburbs, including Altona North and Truganina

- 16 in southeast suburbs, including Frankston and Noble Park

- nine in eastern suburbs

- four in regional Victoria

* 2426 active cases in the state

* 127 people in hospital, 33 in intensive care with 21 on ventilators

* 42,998 tests in the 24 hours to Friday morning

* Majority of cases aged under 50

- 347 cases in children aged nine and under

- 386 cases in people aged 10 to 19

- 606 cases in people aged in their 20s

- 418 cases in people aged in their 30s

VACCINATIONS

* 39,027 vaccine doses administered on Thursday at Victorian-run hubs, a state record

* 63.5 per cent of the eligible population has received first dose, 39.4 per cent fully vaccinated

* Of the cases in hospital, 90 per cent were not vaccinated, 10 per cent partially vaccinated and none fully vaccinated

EXPOSURE SITES

* More than 1077 exposure sites including Metro train lines and a hospital cafeteria.
