Snake emerges from kitchen sink terrifying Adelaide resident

A video shows how snakes can appear anywhere with an Adelaide resident finding an eastern brown emerging from his kitchen sink.

Snake catchers Adelaide were called out to a property in Coromandel Valley, in the city’s southeast, after the resident found the venomous snake’s head popping out of the drain.

“An interesting situation to say the least!” the snake catcher wrote on Facebook.

Video shows the brown snake peeking out the drain after Cory started tapping on the pipes to coax it out.

But the snake appears to prefer to stay in the pipe and the catcher is forced to remove the entire grid and take it outside.

After removing each section of the pipe, Cory then manages to hook the eastern brown and get it into a bag to relocate.

“It must have come up through the breather of the septic system possibly,” the catcher said.
