Woman's 'sickening' behaviour on plane sparks passenger outrage

A passenger has been shamed for a “disrespectful” act on a flight.

Rodrigo Tito, from Brazil, was on a flight to Mexico City earlier this week when he noticed a passenger who appears to be sitting across the aisle with their shoes off.

The passenger, who looks to be asleep, also has their feet up and propped up against the wall of the cabin.

Mr Tito uploaded video of the passenger to Instagram.

He noted he was sitting in first class and he is seen chuckling in the video.

Instagram page Passenger Shaming shared the video with its followers who are divided on how they feel about the passenger’s apparent bad behaviour.

“That’s just plain disrespectful, no manners at all,” one man wrote.

A woman called her behaviour “sickening”.

“Giving birth?” another woman wrote.

A third person added: “No one wants to see this.”

“What is wrong with people? How about a tiny bit of respect for others?” the woman wrote.

But not everyone was critical of the passenger.

“She paid for the seat. She can do what she likes not hurting anyone and is probably exhausted,” a social media user wrote.

Another man wrote: “Don’t really see the problem here.”
