Shots have been fired at a home in Sydney's west where nine people - including two children - were inside but, no one was injured.
Emergency services were called to a home on Tarlington Parade, Bonnyrigg, just before 11.30pm on Monday, following reports shots had been fired.
Officers from Fairfield City Police Area Command attended and established a crime scene, which will be examined by specialist forensic officers.
Police have been told a person was seen fleeing in a white hatchback following the attack.
No arrests have been made and inquiries continue.
Meanwhile, a man was shot at in southwestern Sydney last night.
Police found the 29-year-old man on Garrong Road in Lakemba about 8.15pm on Monday.
He's undergone surgery but his injuries are not considered to be life-threatening.
