Search for man after photos taken up woman's skirt at Sydney train station

There is a manhunt underway in Sydney after a woman allegedly fell victim to “up-skirting” as she walked up stairs at Central Station.

Police said the 21-year-old woman was allegedly followed by a man who used a mobile phone to film up her skirt on Monday April 8 about 12.30pm.

NSW Police said in a statement the woman reported the incident to Sydney Trains and police were later notified.

After viewing CCTV footage from the station, police identified a man they believe can assist with their enquiries.

The man is described as Caucasian and about 20 to 25-years-old.

He is about 180 centimetres tall with a medium build and short brown hair.

The man is seen wearing a blue T-shirt, brown pants, brown boots and carrying a blue backpack.
